Teemo.ai Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through Teemo.ai (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) and is a legally binding agreement between the purchaser (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and the Company. By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any of our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.
 

1. No Refunds for Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction

Teemo.ai provides detailed product descriptions, marketing materials, and, where applicable, limited trial options to ensure you can make an informed decision prior to purchase.
Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind.

• Claims of dissatisfaction with the service.

• Determinations that the service is “not what you expected” or “not what you wanted.”

2. Usage Equals Delivery

Once you have accessed, used, or engaged with any part of the Teemo.ai service, it is deemed fully delivered.
Examples of usage include, but are not limited to:

• Running, initiating, or completing any job application through the service.

• Using AI-generated responses, resume optimizations, or any automated tools within the platform.

• Downloading, viewing, or interacting with any proprietary content or features.

If you have used the service for any number of applications — even one — no refund will be issued.

3. Billing Cycles and Renewals

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in limited, exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate charges caused by a payment processor error.

• Verified technical failure preventing any use of the service within the first 72 hours, where the issue is on our end and cannot be resolved promptly.

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method only.

5. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds if there is evidence of:

• Excessive usage of the service followed by a refund request.

• Attempts to use the service for fraudulent purposes.

• Violation of our Terms of Service.

6. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback without complying with this policy will be considered a breach of agreement. In such cases, we will:

• Provide full documentation to the payment processor, including usage logs and agreement to this policy.

• Suspend or permanently terminate your account.

7. Agreement

By purchasing or subscribing to Teemo.ai, you acknowledge and agree that:

• This refund policy is fair and reasonable.

• You have read and understood it prior to purchase.

• No verbal or written statement by any representative may alter or override this policy.
